The Best of Youth. Where to start... This was a really great movie and kind of a historic movie going experience for me. The film is shown in two parts - 6 hours total! And I saw part I and II back to back on my last day in SF. But is was so worth it! Wonderful story of, well, an Italian family but really focusing on two brothers. The woman in the poster is a very important influence on both brothers but I should stop there. A lovely and really intense movie. I think you would really like this one but it is quite a commitment.

What about the Best of Youth. Do those two nice looking people get together??

Unfortunately most of them are not mine. The Station Wagon is from the wonderful Robert Bechtle . We saw the retrospective at SFMOMA on Monday. I really loved the paintings. Will post more about the show soon.
