Happy Birthday Nick Park!
I love, love, love Curse of the Were-Rabbit Chicken Run and Creature Comforts (which btw, was on BBC America just last week and had me laughing my head off. My fave? The Brazilian lion, of course. “I need E-SPACE!” Yea, me too!). These movies are great. Are you listening, Santa? Dvds priced to own from Amazon or in store pick up at Tower. Christmas is just around the … Oops sorry. Topic? Right. Nick Park. He’s amazing and today was his BDay. So if it’s still playing and you still haven’t seen it- go, go, go, see Were-Rabbit! Right Now. Go. That first scene where we see how the lads have their breakfast it a riot. I’m totally down for buying some “middle aged spread” for my morning toast. Just as soon as they start carrying it at Trader Joe’s I’m all over it.
